To secure the booking you’ll be asked for a bank transfer of the 30% or a payment of the 30% through credit card.
Nothing will be charged. Cancellations must be received in writing (via email).
Cancelled bookings will be subject to penalties as follows: from the date of booking until 15 days before the date of arrival, no fee; from 15 days to the day of the arrival, 30% deduction.
In case of No Show, the total amount will be charged, if you cancel one or more nights on the day of arrival, you will not be entitled to any refund.
